Rome, April 9. (LaPresse) – Matteo Berrettini’s run at the Monte Carlo Masters 1000 concludes. The Italian was defeated in the round of 16 by young Brazilian Joao Fonseca, ranked number 40, with a score of 6-3 6-2 in one hour and 15 minutes. This is the South American’s first quarterfinal appearance in a Masters 1000.
