Turin, 25 April (LaPresse) – This morning, the FIGC Prosecutor’s Office requested from the Milan Public Prosecutor’s Office – prior to the request received from the General Sports Prosecutor’s Office – the files relating to the investigation in which match-fixing coordinator Gianluca Rocchi is under investigation for complicity in sports fraud. LaPresse has learnt this from sources within the Italian Football Federation. The federal prosecutor’s office – according to reports – had closed the investigation, which arose following a complaint lodged by former assistant referee Domenico Rocca relating exclusively to the Udinese-Parma match, with the agreement of the General Prosecutor’s Office for Sport.
