Turin, 23 June (LaPresse) – Statements such as Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s ‘open letter’ do not create the conditions for peace negotiations. On the contrary, they create the potential for conflict. This was stated by Russian President Vladimir Putin, as reported by TASS. “No, such appeals do not create the conditions. What do they amount to?
