ECB: Lagarde may step down early

Rome, 3 July (LaPresse) – In an interview with the newspaper ‘Les Echos’, ECB President Christine Lagarde did not rule out the possibility of stepping down early from her post in order to “influence” the 2027 presidential debate in France with “a French and European voice”.
