The song, originally performed by Umberto Tozzi (1987) and co-written with Giancarlo Bigazzi, is released in Laura’s version on the album ‘Io canto 2’ and is available on all digital platforms via Warner Records/Warner Music Italy, produced and arranged by Paolo Carta and Laura herself. “I am very attached to this song, ever since I heard it on the radio in 1987. Umberto Tozzi has always been one of my favorite singer-songwriters, and singing it is also very fulfilling vocally,” says Laura Pausini, who continues: “This song, written by Umberto and the great Giancarlo Bigazzi, tells of a desperate, deep and indestructible love, which cannot be erased despite the absence of the person you love. And the music video also expresses this story, so frantic but also full of life, of moments lived to the fullest.” ‘Immensamente’ is accompanied by a video directed by Laura herself and edited by Gaetano Morbioli.
