Budget: proposed amendments postponed until tomorrow at 4pm

Rome, 18 November (LaPresse) – The groups’ amendments are not yet ready, and there has been a slight delay until 4 p.m. tomorrow in the deadline for the so-called “reported” amendments to the budget, initially scheduled for 6 p.m. today. This was decided by the Bureau of the Senate Budget Committee. There will then be a further 24 hours to check whether identical amendments have been reported by different political groups and, if so, to include them. Two macro-issues, disasters and local authorities, have been removed and will not be included in the reported amendments but will be the subject of amendments by the rapporteurs at a later date.
