Turin, 20 Nov. (LaPresse) – The ‘framework agreement’ between the United States and Russia to end the war in Ukraine, revealed by the media, does not satisfy Kiev’s interests. This was reported by RBC-Ukraine, citing an informed source according to whom, among the 28 points of the ‘agreement,’ there are territorial issues in particular: Ukraine must recognise the occupied territories, including Crimea, as Russian. In addition, one of the points concerns the limitation of range, so that Kiev cannot strike Russia. It is likely that the United States drafted the plan together with Putin’s special representative, Kirill Dmitriev, and that “he is satisfied with it”, explains the source, according to whom the Ukrainians will not be satisfied with such an “agreement”. The source also adds that President Volodymyr Zelensky has already begun to come under “considerable pressure” from the Americans on the issue.
