Milan, 20 Nov. (LaPresse) – ‘There are currently no consultations underway’ between Russia and the United States on the 28-point peace plan devised by Washington for peace in Ukraine. This was stated by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, as reported by the Tass news agency. ‘There are certainly contacts,’ he added, ‘but a process that could be called consultations… no, that is not underway.’
