Ukraine, Lavrov: “There is no one in Europe to negotiate with”

Moscow, Aug. 22 (LaPresse) – Russia will not go to the West to negotiate, despite the latter’s hopes. In today’s Europe, there is no one to negotiate with. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov told reporters this at the 23rd Congress of United Russia, as reported by Tass. “All the Western states that have declared war on us, using the hands and bodies of the Nazi regime in Kyiv, have hoped for years that we would be the ones to go to them to negotiate. We will not go to them to negotiate,” the minister stressed. “In today’s Europe, there is no one to negotiate with,” he added.
