Milan, 10 Sept. (LaPresse) – Mugello “isn’t a track like Aragon, where I had a specific goal and we achieved it. We need to work out what the Aprilia’s potential will be. Marco was very fast here last year. I’ll be giving 100 per cent.” This was stated by Ducati rider Marc Marquez ahead of the MotoGP Italian Grand Prix. “The key to these final races is to try to be the fastest, so as to have a better chance of winning the title. To be fast, you have to take risks; certainly, some riders are more consistent, whilst others have bursts of speed. We have to try to ride as well as possible on all circuits,” he added. On the subject of his future, and given his current physical condition, Márquez concluded: “My decision is to carry on; nobody is forcing me. I’m still quite competitive, I’m still enjoying myself, and I know I’ll try to continue enjoying my passion as long as I remain competitive.”
