Milan, April 29 (LaPresse) – Andrea Sempio, under investigation for complicity in the murder of Chiara Poggi and the Garlasco crime, has been summoned by the Pavia Prosecutor’s Office, which today served him with a notice to appear. The news, reported in advance by Repubblica and Corriere della Sera, is confirmed by the lawyer of Marco Poggi’s friend, attorney Liborio Cataliotti. The questioning is scheduled for the morning of May 6. Almost a year ago, on May 20, 2025, Marco Poggi’s friend had been summoned for the first time to be questioned on the day when the Pavia prosecutors, led by Chief Prosecutor Fabio Napoleone, filed the report on “trace 33”. Sempio did not appear on the advice of his former lawyer, Massimo Lovati, who had identified a procedural flaw in the summons.
