Ranucci assassination: Judge Forleo: “I was merely commenting on press reports”

(LaPresse) – “I would like to clarify that I was merely commenting on reports published in the press, and in particular in *Il Foglio* by Carmelo Caruso and by Salvo Sottile on his Facebook page. These reports have never been denied by the person concerned. In a state governed by the rule of law, everyone is accountable for their own conduct and legal actions.” This was stated to LaPresse by Clementina Forleo, a judge at the Rome Court of Appeal, regarding the legal action against her, as announced by Sigfrido Ranucci’s lawyer.
