Iran, media: “Ghalibaf out of negotiating team due to internal disagreements”

Milan, Apr. 24 (LaPresse) – According to Iran International, Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf has resigned as head of the Iranian negotiating team with the United States following internal disagreements. Ghalibaf was reportedly reprimanded for attempting to include the nuclear issue in talks with Washington and was forced to resign. The hardline figure Saeed Jalili could replace him, while Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi is also seeking to take over the leadership of the negotiations.
